Independent Advisory · Est. 1976

Strategic insurance counsel for families, founders, and trusted advisors.

Pollack Services Group advises clients whose needs rarely fit a template—from first apartments and first homes to multi-property family portfolios, professional firms, financial services businesses, restaurants, technology companies, and advisor-referred relationships.

Fifty years. One purpose.

Built on judgment,
not volume.

Founded in 1976, Pollack Services Group has grown by helping clients see the gaps, tradeoffs, and details that standard insurance conversations often miss.

Generations of relationships. Carriers who know us by name. A practice still small enough to know every client by theirs.

Who we serve

Sophisticated advice without unnecessary theater.

Most relationships begin with trust already in the room.

Clients come through current clients and through advisors who protect their own reputations carefully: wealth managers, attorneys, accountants, real estate advisors, and business peers.

Emerging affluent households

Young couples renting in New York, first-time homeowners, new parents, and families beginning to accumulate meaningful assets.

Established families

Primary homes, secondary residences, teen drivers, valuables, domestic staff, and umbrella liability coordinated across the household.

Ultra-high-net-worth clients

Multi-state homes, collections, complex liability, estate considerations, and coordination with family offices and outside advisors.

Owner-led businesses

Professional services, financial services, restaurants, technology firms, hedge funds, wealth managers, and closely held companies.

Advisory practices

Three advisory practices. One relationship.

We work across personal, commercial, benefits, life, and disability coverage so families, businesses, and their trusted advisors do not have to coordinate a fragmented insurance picture alone.

How we think

Insurance is easy to buy. Good advice is rare.

Most coverage problems do not announce themselves at purchase. They appear later—in valuation gaps, exclusions, outdated assumptions, fragmented policies, or claims conversations where no one is clearly advocating for the client.

Our work starts before the policy. We look at how a client lives, owns, operates, earns, hires, travels, collects, and grows. Then we structure coverage around the actual risk picture.

Joint venture advantage

Boutique advisory.
National infrastructure.

Through our joint venture with Global Coverage, clients benefit from the responsiveness of a boutique advisory firm alongside broader market access, carrier relationships, servicing depth, and operational support.

The PSG advisory process

A simple, deliberate process.

Insurance gets complicated when no one is paying attention. We pay attention.

01 · Listen

We start by understanding.

What you own, how you live or operate, what you've already insured, and, most importantly, what keeps you up at night.

02 · Place

We match you to the right carrier.

From a deep bench of premier carriers, we structure coverage that fits your situation, not a templated policy that almost does.

03 · Advocate

We're there when it matters.

At renewal, at claims time, or when something unusual comes up, we're the ones on the phone with the carrier on your behalf. That's the job.
